Medical

CHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Washington Basic Health, Washington Health Plan, and Healthy Options. Further, we accept Medicaid Managed Care patients from Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of WA (CHPW), Coordinated Care Corporation, Molina Healthcare of WA, and UnitedHealthcare. We also accept private insurance, cash or you may apply for Discount Fees (sliding scale based upon income and family size). We will work with you to help you get the care you need. CHC's discount fees offer significant reduction from regular fees. 

Dental

Medicaid and private dental insurance are accepted. Medicare and Basic Health do not pay for dental care. Note: Please contact your insurance carrier directly if you have any questions on your coverage. You are responsible for any non-covered services. We also accept private insurance, cash or you may apply for Discounted Fees (sliding scale based upon income and family size).  We will work with you to help you get the care you need. CHC's discount fees offer significant reduction from regular fees. 

No Insurance?

We will help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State. If you do not qualify, we offer discount fees based upon family size and income level. Please bring your completed application form and proof of income (for the last 30 days) with you at the time of your visit. At each CHC clinic, a Patient Eligibility Specialist can assist you with your Discount Fees Application Form. 



Community Health Center of Snohomish County does not refuse service to anyone based on lack of ability to pay.

Online Bill Payment

We have made it easy for you to pay your bill...
You can make a payment right now using an electronic check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover.) Just click on the button below.

Next, follow the directions to fill out the pop-up payment form. You will need your account number and the last name of the person responsible for the account. Payments may take 48 to 72 hours to be posted to your account.

There is never a charge for making a payment. Your bankcard account information is protected by a secure web site and will not be kept.
