No Insurance?

We will help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State and/or the Affordable Care Act. If you do not qualify, we offer discount fees based upon family size and income level. At each CHC clinic, a Patient Eligibility Specialist can assist you with your Discount Fees Application Form - please remember to bring proof of income.

Online Bill Payment

We have made it easy for you to pay your bill...
You can make a payment right now using an electronic check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover.) Just click on the button below.

Next, follow the directions to fill out the pop-up payment form. You will need your account number and the last name of the person responsible for the account. Payments may take 48 to 72 hours to be posted to your account.

There is never a charge for making a payment. Your bankcard account information is protected by a secure web site and will not be kept.
