Special Interests:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, getting lost in a good book, painting, and eating. I grew up in New York City, and my love for food and exploring different cultures started there. While living in NYC, I previously owned and ran a food blog on Instagram, which allowed me to share my experiences discovering new restaurants and cuisines. I still enjoy going out and exploring different foods, trying new restaurants, and discovering the unique culinary experiences that different communities have to offer.
I Believe:
As a dentist, I believe that practicing dentistry goes beyond simply treating teeth, it’s about advocating for and taking care of the person behind the smile. I’m a strong proponent of vouching for my patients and making sure their wants, needs, and concerns are truly heard. I enjoy listening to what is important to each patient and working together to create a treatment plan that fits their goals, while also being mindful of their individual circumstances and budget. I consider myself a conservative dentist and believe strongly in preserving natural teeth whenever possible. We only get one permanent set of teeth after our primary teeth are lost, and I believe in doing everything we can to maintain and protect them. Ultimately, I went into dentistry because I wanted a career where I could care for people, advocate for those who may not otherwise have a voice, and help bridge the gap for patients who face barriers to accessing dental care.
