Urgent Care

When your CHC provider is not available and you need help for a non-life threatening condition, CHC’s Urgent Care at the Lynnwood Clinic is an option. CHC’s urgent care providers work closely with your CHC primary care provider to provide you with the best medical care.

Dial 911 or go to the closest Emergency Room, immediately, if you or a family member has any of the following symptoms:

  • Chest pain
  • Coughing up or vomiting blood
  • Difficulty breathing and/or shortness of breath
  • Asthma attack
  • Head injury, loss of consciousness, severe headaches
  • Sudden confusion, weakness, dizziness, numbness, difficulty speaking
  • Suicidal or homicidal behavior or thoughts
  • Any other life threatening emergencies or serious injuries
