Community Health Center of Snohomish County Honored with Housing Hope’s Community Partnership Award

June 4, 2025

On May 15, Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) was recognized with Housing Hope’s Community Partnership Award at their annual Stone Soup fundraising gala! This year’s theme, “Welcome to Our Neighborhood,” celebrated the vibrant, resilient communities that make Snohomish County so special—and we were proud to be part of the story.

CHC’s Chief Operating Officer, Adam Health, along with several members of the leadership team, accepted the award on behalf of CHC. Vicki Fox, ARNP, was given a special shout-out for providing clinical outreach at Tomorrow’s Hope Child Development Center for nearly 20 years! Heidi Harper, PA-C, will continue offering weekly onsite services to ensure that little ones and their families receive the support they need.

If you aren’t familiar with Housing Hope, it is a local nonprofit organization that owns and operates affordable housing at 25 sites throughout Snohomish. CHC’s partnership with them has always focused on supporting community members facing housing instability, but took it a step further this year. We embedded a primary care clinic inside their newest affordable housing development, Madrona Highlands!

CHC plans to deepen our relationship with Housing Hope in the coming years by opening Alliance Place, a 167-unit housing complex located near the Lynnwood Sound Transit Center. Construction will start on a 30,000-square-foot clinic inside Alliance Place in late 2025, with a goal of seeing patients in 2027. This clinic will be open to residents of Alliance Place and the broader community.
