Internal Medicine

What Is Internal Medicine?

You deserve to have a primary care physician that is invested in you and your health for the long-term. Your primary care physician, also known as an internal medicine doctor or internist, is trained to prevent and treat acute and chronic conditions that can affect any part of your body. Our expert internal doctors can provide medical services for:

  • Preventative care, health screenings, and physical exams
  • Routine medical problems
  • Geriatric care
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Diabetes and endocrine care
  • Hypertension disease
  • Chronic health problems management and support
  • And more!

The Right Primary Care Physician for You

Our providers are aware of the challenges many people face in our community. Your dedicated primary care provider will listen to you, get to know you, and make suggestions to support your health goals. Your primary care provider will base their recommendations on the latest medical research, techniques, and technologies. Additionally, our internal medicine doctors will do their best to communicate in the language most comfortable for you, respect your culture, and be considerate of lifestyle choices.

As with all services provided by CHC, internal medicine services can be provided regardless of whether you have insurance or not.
