403(b) Safe Harbor Plan: CHC offers investment flexibility by allowing participants to make pretax and/or Roth after-tax contributions (up to federal maximums) as of their hire date. To encourage participation in the Plan, CHC will match a portion of your contributions: 100% match on the first 3% of deferred compensation plus a 50% match on deferrals between 3% and 5% – for a total match of 4%. Employer Contribution is 100% vested.
