The school-based health center at Meadowdale High School is staffed by a team of experienced and compassionate providers who are committed to providing students with safe, private, and accessible health services on campus!

This location is open to registered students and their families at the following Edmonds School District schools:

School-based health centers offer the following health services to students:

  • Illness or injury
  • Chronic condition and medication management
  • Dental care
  • Insurance eligibility and enrollment assistance
  • Mental, behavioral, and social emotional health services
  • Sexual and reproductive healthcare
  • Sports physicals
  • Wellness exams and preventative healthcare, including health education
  • Referrals to other healthcare providers and specialists as needed

Regardless of Insurance

Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) provides affordable health services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and pharmacy services. We welcome patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances, and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible, we offer a sliding fee discount based on household income and family size.
