My spouse and I are proud parents of three young adult children spread across the U.S. At home, my pets keep me on my toes—two cats, Rocky and Sonny, and a lively dog named Frankie. I find joy in flower gardening and bringing beauty into my home, as well as crafting with rocks. I also love exploring breathtaking places, especially National Parks. I come from a family of athletes, and we have always valued sports and enjoy cheering on our favorite local professional teams.

My practice as a provider is very client-centered. I focus on identifying and developing each person's strengths to help facilitate health and growth in the areas that they identify as important to them.
