Physical Therapy

Why is Physical Therapy important?

The Physical Therapy team provides an individualized approach to help patients recover from injuries. Our focus is on educating patients to build their body awareness and understand what is causing pain or symptoms. We believe the best way to heal and return to normal activity is to fully understand the science behind the exercises and techniques we offer.

Another important goal of Physical Therapy is to help prevent the same issue from reoccurring, or other issues from arising in the future. Our treatment techniques include, but are not limited to, manual therapy, exercises, stretches, mobility, and home exercise programs designed specifically for each patient and their needs.
