Special Interests:
My mission is to deliver empathetic care and to advocate for patients' optimal recovery. I have a keen interest in continuing education for the latest rehabilitation techniques and in collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver the best care possible. My area's of expertise include diagnosing/treating orthopedic conditions, ACL recovery, joint replacement recovery, shoulder impingement, vestibular rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, balance training, running analysis, and so much more. I was a collegiate dual-sport athlete in both football and track. In my free time, I like to hike and run with my dogs Lucy and Tofu. I listen to podcasts, play board games with family/friends and wife, go wine tasting, and enjoy all the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.
I Believe:
As a physical therapist, I believe that everyone has the right to improve their health and continue to grow both physically and mentally. I work closely with patients to help meet them where they are at. Working as part of a team is critical to make sure that patients are getting the best care. You are capable of more than you think. Let me help you reach your full potential.
