Apple Health (Medicaid) Application & Renewal

Apple Health is Washington State’s Medicaid program that offers free or low-cost insurance coverage for those who qualify. Apple Health covers primary care, emergency visits, maternity services, pediatric care, dental services, vision care, prescription medications, and more.

Enrollment in Apple Health is open year-round, allowing applicants to apply for coverage at any time. However, Apple Health members are required to renew their coverage annually.

How to Apply for Apple Health (Medicaid)

  1. Create an account.
  2. Enter your information.
  3. View your eligibility results.

Returning Apple Health Customers

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Select “Report a Change.”
  3. Enter your current information.
  4. View your eligibility results.
